Go online to create and post your co-op position.

If you need help getting started, fill out our job description form and email it to arts.co-op@ubc.ca.

Tip: To best attract the right candidates, include plenty of detail about your organization, job responsibilities, and skills required.

Review applications

We’ll email you a package of applications for your position.

Interview students

Shortlist candidates and we’ll coordinate your interview schedule with the students you select.

Make an offer

Select a candidate and we’ll assist with making the offer.
