About

Jane was previously Chief Librarian at the Vancouver Art Gallery, with responsibility for the art reference library and archives. Jane spent a decade in the UK, where she served as Faculty Librarian, Modern & Medieval Languages & Linguistics Library, University of Cambridge and was a collections development manager at Screen Archive South East, University of Brighton. She was also a research fellow leading a project on online exhibitions and archives for the Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning through Design (CETLD), University of Brighton. Jane served as Architecture/Art Librarian at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana for seven years and worked in Montreal as the Information Services & Systems Librarian for the National Film Board of Canada/Office national du film du Canada. Her career began as a library assistant at the Vancouver Public Library, where she later worked as a librarian in the Central Branch.
