About

Lizzy is a UBC Arts alumna who worked with UBC Residence Life as a student and then went on to work in UBC Human Resources to recruit and place temporary administrative employees for various UBC departments. She later worked for a local seafood company to help grow their social impact business with a focus on hiring and managing staff and handling complex distribution and operational needs.

Lizzy’s experience working with students, combined with her background in HR and recruiting, gives her valuable perspective to help undergraduate students navigate their co-op experience and plan for the future. She is passionate about encouraging learning and self-discovery through reflection and conversation and believes work-integrated learning is a wonderful platform for that.
